Kuwait to announce Grade 12 final exams results Wednesday morning on State TV

  • Exclusion cases in the scientific stream dropped from 376 during the 2024-2025 academic year to 191 this year, representing a decline of 49.2 percent. In the literary stream, violations fell from 268 cases to 120, marking a decrease of 55.2 percent.

The Ministry of Education announced on Monday the completion of the first round of final exams for twelfth-grade students in the scientific, literary, and religious education streams for the 2025-2026 academic year, confirming that the results will be officially announced on Wednesday morning through a live broadcast on Kuwait Television.

Minister of Education Sayed Jalal Al-Tabtabaei said the ministry successfully managed the examination season with high efficiency through coordinated efforts between educational sectors, school administrations, and relevant authorities.

He noted that examination committees across the country witnessed smooth operations, helping provide students with a calm and organized environment during the testing period.

Al-Tabtabaei highlighted a significant decline in cases of exam disqualification and violations compared to previous academic years, describing it as a positive indicator of growing student awareness and stronger adherence to regulations governing examinations.

According to the ministry, exclusion cases in the scientific stream dropped from 376 during the 2024-2025 academic year to 191 this year, representing a decline of 49.2 percent. In the literary stream, violations fell from 268 cases to 120, marking a decrease of 55.2 percent.

The minister praised the efforts of school administrations, teachers, supervisors, and administrative staff for ensuring fairness, transparency, and discipline throughout the examination process, while also commending parents for their continuous support and cooperation.

He stressed that the ministry succeeded in overcoming exceptional regional circumstances during the academic period, emphasizing the determination shown by students, educators, and families in maintaining the continuity of the educational process.

Al-Tabtabaei added that correction and auditing teams are continuing the process of reviewing and recording grades according to approved procedures to ensure complete accuracy and fairness before the final results are released.

The Ministry of Education affirmed that it will continue developing the examination and assessment system to improve educational outcomes and support the country’s broader development goals through building a qualified and capable generation.
