5,430 applicants compete for 70 supervisory jobs in Kuwait’s cooperative sector
2,880 meet required qualifications and standards, rest declared ‘ineligible’

The Director General of the Public Authority for Manpower, Engineer Rabab Al-Osaimi, announced that supervisory job vacancies in Kuwait’s cooperative sector received 5,430 applications through the “Our Pride for National Workforce” platform by the end of the application period on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.
She stated that all applications were processed during the same period, with 2,880 applicants meeting the required conditions and standards, while the remaining applications were excluded due to not matching the educational requirements for the advertised positions.
Al-Osaimi added that the nomination process has so far reached 2,880 qualified candidates, reflecting the number of applicants who met the job criteria.
The announcement covered 70 supervisory positions distributed across 59 cooperative societies in various governorates of Kuwait. The roles are aimed at university graduates and experienced professionals to strengthen leadership and supervisory functions within the cooperative sector.
According to Al-Osaimi, the initiative is designed to improve institutional performance and enhance service quality for shareholders and consumers across cooperative societies.
She reaffirmed that the Public Authority for Manpower will continue its efforts to support national employment in the cooperative sector, ensuring transparency and equal opportunity in recruitment processes.
