ALSAYER Group honored by Kuwait Society for Human Rights for upholding workers’ rights
ALSAYER Group is proud to announce that it has been recognized by the Kuwait Society for Human Rights in appreciation of its commitment to promoting and protecting workers’ rights while fostering a safe, fair, and respectful workplace.
The award was presented during a recognition ceremony held on Monday, August 3, 2026, at the Kuwait Society for Human Rights headquarters, attended by senior government officials, including representatives from the Ministry of Public Works, the Public Authority for Manpower, and various organizations committed to advancing labor rights and workplace excellence.
The recognition follows an independent survey conducted by the Kuwait Society for Human Rights as part of its ongoing efforts to promote a culture of human rights and support workers across Kuwait. The survey assessed the extent to which companies adhere to decent work standards and respect the fundamental rights of their employees.
According to the Society’s findings, ALSAYER Group was recognized for providing a safe and equitable working environment, respecting the dignity of every employee, complying with labor laws and regulations, and implementing responsible workplace practices that contribute to employee well-being, job stability, and long-term organizational success.
