Kuwait Swedish win KCC T10 elite championship

Kuwait Cricket marked the successful conclusion of two exciting domestic tournaments — the KCC T10 Elite Championship (2024–2025) and the KCC T20 Challengers League A – 3rd Edition, both proudly powered by Al Muzaini Exchange — with grand finals and a vibrant presentation ceremony.

The event was graced by key figures from the Kuwait Cricket Club (KCC), including Mr. Robert D’Souza (Head of Operations), Mr. Naveen Dhananjayan (Head of Match Officials & Technical), and Mr. Tahir (Venue Manager & Juniors Lead Coach).

In the KCC T10 Elite Championship, Meet Bhavsar of ACE KRM Panthers stole the spotlight, clinching both the Best Batsman (168 runs in 6 matches, highest score 59) and Best All-Rounder titles.

Yasin Patel of Kuwait Swedish took home the Best Bowler award with 9 wickets in 6 games. The Final’s Player of the Match was Parvinder Kumar of Kuwait Swedish for his powerful 15* off 5 balls and 2 wickets for 21 runs, leading his team to a 6-wicket victory. Kuwait Swedish lifted the championship trophy, while MEC Emerging Stars, led by Clinto Anto, finished as runners-up.

The KCC T20 Challengers League A (3rd Edition) was equally thrilling. Faraz Afzal of Royal Lions emerged as the star of the tournament, bagging both Best Batsman (369 runs, including a century and four fifties in five matches) and Best All-Rounder (adding 6 wickets to his name).

Waqas Ali Minhas of MEC Study Group earned the Best Bowler title with 12 wickets in 5 games. The Final’s Man of the Match went to Ansal Nazar from ACE KRM Panthers for his dynamic 52 off 25 balls and a crucial spell of 1/22. The Panthers, led by Sanu Stephen, secured the title with a commanding 37-run win over Tally Rangers, captained by Atif Mazhar.
