The Ministry of Information intends to launch “Platform 51” on May 12, coinciding with the establishment of the radio on May 12, 1951. This platform surpasses the traditional broadcasting model of other platforms, ensuring that its content reaches all viewers, allowing them to gain a close understanding of Kuwaiti media. The media sector is advancing steadily and in alignment with internationally recognized standards.
“Platform 51” provides a suitable option for Kuwaiti families by adhering to the guidelines set by “Media.” Subscribers can access the platform using their preferred login credentials, ensuring that all content complies with the standards applied by the State of Kuwait Radio and Television.
Additionally, advertisements on the platform will adhere to the same regulations as commercial advertising, as specified in ministerial decisions related to television, radio, and print advertising in “Media,” specifically numbers (991 of 2022), (992 of 2022), and (993 of 2022).
