PACI launches new Sahel service to link dependents’ Civil IDs digitally
The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) launched a new Sahel app service on today, May 14, 2026, allowing users to link and manage multiple dependent civil IDs under their sponsorship without visiting service centers.
This update streamlines digital services, enabling seamless access to dependent records and furthering digital transformation in Kuwait.
Key aspects of the new PACI service
Dependent Linking: Users can now link the civil data/ID of dependents under their sponsorship via Sahel.
No In-person Visit: Eliminates the need to visit PACI offices to manage dependent records, improving efficiency.
Goal: The service is designed to strengthen digital services and make managing civil records faster, easier, and more accessible.
This, along with previous services like the “Resident Data” check and “Request to Access Information”, enhances the efficiency of the Sahel government app.
