Youth-led, impact-driven AIESEC in Kuwait ignites potential at ‘Gen Z in the Workplace 2025’

AIESEC — the world’s largest youth-led organization, dedicated to cultivating leadership through cross-cultural exchanges and hands-on experiences — in Kuwait successfully hosted the 2025 edition of its flagship event, the Youth to Business Forum, on April 25 and 26 to empower young people to drive meaningful change both locally and internationally.

The event hosted under one roof over 100 emerging ambitious young leaders, professionals, and industry experts under the theme “Gen Z in the Workplace.”

Held at the Kuwait College of Science and Technology, the forum was made possible through the generous support of Raising Cane’s (Gold Sponsor), Commercial Bank of Kuwait (Silver Sponsor), and the United Nations in Kuwait (Support Partner).

Spanning 17 hours across two dynamic days, the forum offered a rich program of engagement and inspiration. Participants immersed themselves in more than 10 practical workshops, compelling keynote speeches, a thought-provoking panel discussion, an interactive case study challenge, and the vibrant Global Village Fair, which celebrated cultural diversity with the participation of the embassies of Kenya, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

In a meaningful gesture of continued commitment to youth empowerment, Raising Cane’s announced a full sponsorship for one outstanding delegate to participate in AIESEC’s Global Volunteer program—an international exchange opportunity that allows young people to travel abroad and contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals through short-term educational and social impact projects.

This marks Raising Cane’s second such sponsorship, following a successful exchange that sent a Kuwaiti volunteer to teach English in South Korea. Commercial Bank of Kuwait also demonstrated its dedication to nurturing young talent by pledging partial sponsorship for another participant. A CBK representative emphasized, “Investing in the potential of young people is a direct investment in Kuwait’s future.”

Reflecting on the event’s success, a representative from AIESEC in Kuwait stated: “We are inspired by the depth of insight and enthusiasm shown by both youth and the private sector. Youth to Business 2025 has proven that the future of work shines brightest when dialogue, understanding, and global perspective converge.”
