Thanima Kuwait hosts Iftar event ‘Sauhrdathanima 2025’

Thanima Kuwait’s Iftar program, “Sauhrdathanima 2025,” was held at the United Indian School, promoting a message of brotherhood and tolerance. The event saw participation from civic leaders across various sectors and members of the Thanima Advisory Committee.
The function, presided over by Iftar Program Convener Geomon Joseph, was welcomed by Thanima Senior Core Member Babuji Bathery, and Thanima General Convener Jojimon Thomas delivered the introductory speech. Father Dr. Biju George and Vibeesh Thikkodi delivered the social message, while Al Amin Sullami shared the Ramadan message.
In recognition of Women’s Day, Usha Dileep, Convener of Thanima’s Women’s Wing, was honored for her achievement in becoming the Chief Editor of the Asian Tug-of-War Federation’s magazine. Awards were presented to Children’s Thanima members Arpita Ann Joji, Denzel Dominic, Emmanuel Joseph Geo, Noel Thomas Alex, and Pranav Sivakumar, who are returning to their home countries for higher studies.
Binoy Abraham, Joint Convener of Thanima, expressed thanks to the attendees. Thanima Advisory Members, including BEC Exchange CEO Mathew Varghese, Metro Medical Group CEO Dr. Hamsa Payyannur, and Malabar Gold and Diamonds Regional Marketing Head Afzal Khan, were also present. The event was coordinated under the leadership of Jacob Varghese and Dominic Antony.
