Salman Al-Khalidi deemed mentally sound in embassy case, says report
Al-Khalidi faces charges of deliberately challenging the Amir’s authority via his ‘X’ account and intentionally insulting others through social media.

A psychiatric report submitted to the court confirmed that Salman Al-Khalidi was fully responsible for his actions and mentally sound at the time of the incident outside the Kuwaiti Embassy in London, Arabic daily Al Rai reported.
The court adjourned the case to May 11 for the verdict. Earlier, the Criminal Court, headed by Counselor MutabAl-Ardi, had referred Al-Khalidi to a psychiatric hospital for evaluation at the request of his court-appointed lawyer in the state security case.
Al-Khalidi faces charges of deliberately challenging the Amir’s authority via his ‘X’ account and intentionally insulting others through social media. He has denied all charges.
