Public Prosecution detains two in Kuwaiti society by-election probe

The Public Prosecution initiated an investigation into the organization of by-elections for a segment of Kuwaiti society ahead of the scheduled date for the 2024 National Assembly elections, targeting candidates and others involved.

The Public Prosecution has ordered the detention of two defendants and issued arrest warrants and summons for the others, with ongoing completion of investigation procedures.
