PCWF Kuwait hosts grand ‘Iftar Gathering 2025’ promoting unity, spiritual reflection
The Kuwait Chapter of the Ponnani Cultural World Foundation (PCWF), hosted a heartfelt and spiritually enriching “Iftar Gathering 2025” at the Abbasiya Aspire Indian International School Auditorium. The event brought together a diverse community, fostering a sense of unity and reflection during the holy month. Attendees enjoyed an evening of fellowship, strengthening bonds over shared prayers and traditions in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The event began on a deeply spiritual note with a heartfelt recitation by Umar Farooq, creating a peaceful and reflective ambiance. Joint Convener Moosa Bawa then extended a warm welcome to all attendees, setting the stage for an evening of unity and camaraderie. Secretary Mustafa M.V. followed with an insightful introduction, outlining the purpose and significance of the gathering, ensuring everyone felt connected to the evening’s essence.
President of PCWF, Ashraf P, led the event with grace, while Patron Ashraf U, officially inaugurated the gathering with a heartfelt address on the essence of Ramadan and the importance of community unity. Adding depth to the evening, Dr. Abdul Rahman Kutty, Chairman of PCWF Swashraya Mall and Global Vice President, shared an inspiring Ramadan message, underscoring the values of compassion, generosity, and spiritual reflection that define the holy month.
The gathering was further enriched by the presence of esteemed guests, including Advocate Muhammad Basheer, President of the Malappuram District Association Kuwait, and Ruqiya Beevi, President of the PCWF Kuwait Women’s Chapter. Both dignitaries extended their warm greetings and best wishes, adding to the spirit of togetherness and celebration that marked the evening.
The Program Convener, Mujeeb M.V., extended heartfelt appreciation to all attendees, volunteers, and supporters for their invaluable contributions in making the event a success. Under the leadership of Salam C., a dedicated team of volunteers efficiently organized the distribution of Iftar meals, ensuring that everyone experienced the spirit of sharing and togetherness. The evening concluded on a deeply spiritual note as P.V. Rahim led the prayers, bringing the gathering to a serene and reflective close.
