Pakistan Day’s Celebration was organized online by Nida-e-Nida in style to celebrate Pakistan Day. Due to Current SOPs and guidelines from MOH, Program is conducted on the Zoom platform to accommodate the Pakistani Community in Kuwait and broadcasted on social media channels.
To mark the beginning of the program, the Holy verses of Quran were recited by Hafiz Hamza Tariq followed by Naat by Mrs. Robeela Ghazal. Later on, Kuwait & Pakistan National Anthem was played. The first phase of the Program was conducted by Radio Kuwait Urdu Service Host, Nida Mirza, and Nouman Aslam Ghumman. Both Hosts highlighted the theme of Pakistan Day and welcomed all the attendees. This program was organized under the Patronage and Chairmanship of the Ambassador of Pakistan to Kuwait HE Syed Sajjad Haider.
The First Phase of the program Comprises of National Speeches and Patriotic Songs. Eman Ijaz, Kazim Naveed, and Aaima Khalid Presented their Patriotic speeches on the occasion of National day While Famous Kuwait Singer, Mubarak Al Rashid, and Zagir Hussain enchanted the audience by performing national songs. Pakistani Famous Poets, Sayad Sadaqat Ali Tirmazi, Fayyaz Wardague, and Bader Semab Presented their poetry and highlighted the spirit of patriotism in the audience.
The Second Phase of the Program was Hosted by Inaam Morganite and Radio Kuwait Urdu Service Host Abdullah Abbasi. Many Leading Figures from the Pakistani Community residing in Kuwait express their views on a national day. Members from Pakistan Community, included Mehboob Alam (Embassy of Pakistan, Kuwait), Dr. Shuja ud Din, Rana Ijaz Sohail, Col. Anjum Masood, Zubair Sharfi, Peer Amjad Hussain, Javed Iqbal, Hafiz Shabbir Ahmed, Arif Butt, Irfan Nagra, Tahir Bashir, Mrs. Shaista Zahid, Sadaf Ali Sadaf, Irfan Adil and Riaz Anjum, express that the Pakistani nation is a brave nation. All Pakistanis living abroad are playing their important role in the development of Pakistan.
Addressing the occasion, the Ambassador of Pakistan paid tribute to all Pakistanis. He said that all Pakistanis are ambassadors in abroad and we should all highlight the positive side of Pakistan. All Pakistanis living in Kuwait should take care of themselves and all the people around them, keeping in mind the instructions and SOPs issued by the Government of Kuwait.
