Nazaha refers ex-culture leader to prosecution for alleged funds misuse

The General Authority for Combating Corruption appreciates the role of whistleblowers in providing necessary information and data on corruption incidents.

The General Authority for Combating Corruption ‘Nazaha’ has referred a former leader from the National Council for Culture, Arts, and Letters to the Public Prosecution for allegedly causing unintentional harm to public funds, according to Al Rai newspaper.

Nazaha affirmed its commitment to continuing efforts and procedures for examining, collecting evidence, and investigating all serious information that meets its criteria.

The authority appreciates the role of whistleblowers in providing necessary information and data on corruption incidents, and it is dedicated to offering them the highest levels of protection and confidentiality as required by law and regulations.
