Health Ministry launches digital vaccination reminder service
The Ministry of Health has launched a new digital service through the “Sahl” and “Salem” applications to remind users of upcoming vaccination appointments.
The service sends users a notification 48 hours before scheduled vaccination appointments and provides alerts in case of any changes to appointment timings.
The ministry said the initiative aims to improve adherence to vaccination schedules and ensure timely administration of doses for both children and adults, contributing to disease prevention and protecting public health.
It added that the new service enhances the healthcare experience by providing a convenient, secure, and time-saving digital solution, in line with Kuwait’s efforts to expand electronic health services.
