MOI honors two officers for outstanding public service
First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef Al-Sabah honored Captain Rakan Al-Otaibi and First Lieutenant Khalid Al-Mutairi from the Security Directorates Affairs Sector for their dedication, professionalism, and exemplary service in dealing with the public.
The recognition ceremony was attended by Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs Major General Hamad Al-Munaifi.
Sheikh Al-Yousef praised the officers’ commitment to their duties, highlighting that respectful and responsible interaction with visitors reflects the Ministry of Interior’s professional standards and enhances its public image.
