Sheikh Jarrah begins official visit to Pakistan to boost bilateral ties

Kuwait’s Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah arrived in Islamabad on an official visit at the invitation of Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar.
In a statement posted on its official X platform, Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Sheikh Jarrah will hold talks with his Pakistani counterpart covering various aspects of bilateral relations, as well as exchanging views on regional and international developments of mutual interest.
The ministry said the visit reflects the deep-rooted fraternal ties between Pakistan and Kuwait, built on a long history of friendship, mutual trust, and close cooperation.
It added that both countries remain committed to further strengthening cooperation and expanding their partnership across various sectors in a manner that serves the shared interests of the two friendly nations.
