Indian associations organise blood donation camp as part of humanitarian gesture

The Kollam Jilla Pravasi Samajam (KJPS), Kuwait, in association with the Blood Donation Kerala Kuwait Chapter, organized a blood donation camp at the Jabriya Central Blood Bank.

The camp was conducted as part of its commitment to social service and humanitarian support, with a large number of members voluntarily coming forward to donate blood. KJPS is a fraternity of expatriates from Kollam district in Kuwait.

The camp was led by KJPS Executive Member Deepu Chandran along with BDK Kuwait volunteers. All donors were honored with certificates of appreciation.
The camp was inaugurated by KJPS President Binil T.D. The welcome address was delivered by BDK General Convener Nimish Kavalam, and the vote of thanks was delivered by KJPS Treasurer Ajay Nair.
Felicitations were given by KJPS General Secretary Shahed Labbha, Deepu Chandran, and BDK coordinators Rajan Thoittathil, Manoj Mavelikkara, and Nalinakshan. The event was well coordinated by the KJPS Kuwait Executive Committee.
BDK Kuwait noted that such initiatives play a vital role in promoting voluntary blood donation.
