Kabd security operation cracks down on violators, 20 arrested and 357 citations issued

A security campaign in Kabd resulted in the issuance of 357 citations and the arrest of 20 persons, including violators of laws and wanted persons, the Ministry of Interior reported.
The operation was carried out under the direct supervision of Major General Hamed Manahi Al-Dawas, Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs, and in the presence of Brigadier Dakhil Al-Dakhil, Head of the Special Security Affairs and Correctional Institutions Sector.
The Al-Anba daily said, the security forces from the Criminal Security Sector, Traffic and Operations Sector, and the Directorate-General of Special Security Forces conducted a comprehensive field operation during which 357 traffic violations were recorded, and the arrest of 15 individuals for various offenses and 5 violators of residence and labor laws.
The Ministry stressed that the campaign is part of ongoing efforts to enhance public safety, enforce the law impartially, and curb dangerous traffic behavior and violations that pose risks to road users and natural areas.
The Ministry added, intensive security and traffic operations will continue nationwide as part of a comprehensive strategy to uphold the law, strengthen community security, and maintain public order, firmly addressing all forms of illegal and unsafe conduct.
