Members of The State of Kuwait Lady Eagles Club (SOKLEC) headed by its president Annie Centeno distributed 300 food packages to the public in Salmiyah. The charity project was in observance of the Holy Month of Ramadan in the country.

“We have given out several food packages to the public in solidarity with our Muslim brothers  and sisters” commented Centeno. SOKLEC also sponsored ten baking scholarship classes from Masterclass LIfestyles Worskhops to Filipino household service workers, a three hours baking class that provide attendees essentials of baking breads, which they can put into practice and eventually earn from it either during their stay in Kuwait or when they return home to Philippines.

Different nationals were handed food packages during the two hours prior to the ‘Futoor” and everyone expressed their gratitude to the club members. Series of charitable events organized by SOKLEC are currently on the pipeline and will be implemented this year.
