Over 1,000 automated bookings for wedding halls recorded in three months
Al-Daihani says more venues to be added and new halls planned to meet citizens needs

Fayez Al-Daihani, Director of the Women, Childhood and Community Development Department at the Ministry of Social Affairs, revealed that the total number of automated bookings for wedding halls made through the “Sahl” and “Dar Al-Munasebat” applications since the resumption of holding and organizing social events has exceeded 1,000 bookings during the next three months.
Al-Daihani confirmed the halls’ complete readiness to host weddings and various social events, noting that there are field inspection teams closely monitoring the halls’ readiness to ensure that they meet all the regulations and conditions, especially those related to the General Fire Force, in order to ensure maximum benefit from the halls without any harm occurring to their users.
He added that “there are 20 halls, which meet the approved requirements and standards, distributed across all regions of the country, available to citizens for automated booking, and we are working to increase their numbers in the coming period by including a large number of new halls that will be available for booking,” noting that the ministry is currently working to complete the procedures for establishing new halls in some regions of the country to meet the needs of citizens.
