Kuwait Municipality praises voluntary event tents dismantling in compliance with law

Kuwait Municipality, today, Thursday, has expressed its appreciation for the cooperation of temporary event hall owners with inspection teams, acknowledging their proactive efforts in dismantling these structures in preparation for their voluntary removal. This move reflects their respect for the rule of law and commitment to regulatory compliance.

The Director of the Public Relations Department and official spokesperson for Kuwait Municipality, Mohammed Al-Sindan, stated in a press release that all parties are working toward the public interest and reinforcing the principle of enforcing municipal laws and regulations. He highlighted the significant cooperation demonstrated by wedding hall owners and their compliance with the law, as well as their adherence to the decision to remove temporary event tents.

Al-Sindan added that Kuwait Municipality appreciates the cooperation of temporary event hall owners, emphasizing that the municipality’s supervisory teams are responsible for ensuring compliance with municipal laws, regulations, and systems. He also noted that the municipality is taking into account the need to grant sufficient time for the dismantling of these halls.

Moreover, Al-Sindan stressed that municipal teams will not hesitate to remove any violating wedding hall in strict implementation of the issued and enforceable decisions.
