Interior Ministry launches 24/7 hotline for residency complaints

The Ministry of Interior, through the General Department of Residence Affairs Investigations, announced the launch of dedicated WhatsApp and landline numbers to receive reports and complaints around the clock.

In a statement, the Public Relations and Security Media Department of the Ministry of Interior said the initiative aims to enhance communication with the public and expedite response times to issues related to residency affairs, reports Al-Rai daily.

The newly designated contact numbers are:

This move comes as part of the Ministry’s broader efforts to improve accessibility and ensure efficient handling of public concerns.
