Indian Embassy vigilant following Mangaf fire tragedy: Ambassador

Dr. Adarsh Swaika, the Indian Ambassador to the State of Kuwait, has confirmed that the embassy is monitoring the tragic accident that resulted in the death and injury of dozens during the Mangaf fire.

Ambassador Swaika informed Al-Rai newspaper that upon receiving the report of a fire in a building where some members of the Indian community reside, he promptly visited the accident site personally. Additionally, to provide reassurance, he visited hospitals to check on the injured.

The ambassador, “We are still awaiting the completion of the investigations conducted by the Kuwaiti authorities regarding the accident, the official figures of victims and injured individuals, and more details.”
