The directives also emphasized the necessity for a swift review of all planned developmental projects and the preparation of a suitable timeline for their launch, based on their significance to the entity and the state.

Several government bodies have already commenced drafting a 100-day action plan. This plan incorporates a timeline for scheduled steps, proposed solutions, and addressing key obstacles that impede timely project execution, aligning with the government’s goal to expedite progress.

Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan, the Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs, has reviewed the ministry’s projects and their completion rates with senior officials. Discussions included work plans for each sector and major tasks required to be completed within 100 days and the current fiscal year 2024-2025.

The sources emphasized the government’s determination to keep pace with the significant economic transformations in the region. This requires swift project implementation within a clear strategy aimed at increasing economic diversity, expanding income sources, and achieving development.
