Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef honours officers, calls for heightened vigilance
Al-Yousef says security personnel remain vigilant eyes protecting Kuwait stability

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahd Yousef Saud Al-Sabah conferred new ranks on a number of officers, reaffirming the ministry’s commitment to supporting and motivating its personnel.
The ceremony was attended by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Major General Abdulwahab Al-Wahib, along with assistant undersecretaries and senior security officials.
Congratulating the promoted officers, the minister said the new ranks reflect their sincere efforts and distinguished contributions across their respective roles. He stressed that the next phase calls for continued dedication, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility to further strengthen the nation’s security and stability.
Al-Yousef emphasized that personnel of the Ministry of Interior will continue to serve as vigilant eyes safeguarding the country, working with unwavering determination and constant readiness. He noted that the current stage demands heightened alertness and firm action against any threats to national security, in line with the directives of the country’s leadership.
He also highlighted the ministry’s ongoing focus on empowering national cadres and enhancing institutional performance to ensure the efficiency of the security system and keep pace with evolving challenges.
Senior security leaders present at the ceremony extended their congratulations to the promoted officers, wishing them success in carrying out their new responsibilities.
