“Sahel” app update enhances user experience with new features

The official spokesperson for the unified government application for electronic services “Sahel”, Yousef Kazim Abbas, announced the launch of a new update to the application, now available on digital stores for various smart devices.
Kazim stressed that this update includes a set of features and improvements aimed at enhancing ease of use, speeding up access to services, and improving account security, with the application supporting both Arabic and English.
New Interface
In the new update, the login interface has been completely redesigned to provide a more convenient and smooth experience for users.
Data Expiration Alerts
A special alert box has been added at the top of the screen in the “Data” menu, allowing users to view the latest data immediately and directly, without the need to search for it in other menus.
Alerts in Different Colors
The new update has focused on organizing the display of notifications in the application, with a dedicated page now placed at the bottom of the screen. Notifications are distinguished by different colors based on their importance, making it easier to identify important developments and services.
Favorite Notifications Feature
As part of the update, the “Favorite Notifications” feature has been added, allowing users to save important notifications within a (Notifications) list for quick and easy reference at any time.
Contact Information for Government Agencies
To improve the user experience and enhance communication, the new update allows direct access to contact information for government agencies registered in the application. This feature has been added to the settings menu for easy access and direct communication with various agencies.
Kazim stressed the importance of reactivating account protection after updating the application. Users can do this by going to Settings > Protection Options > Activate Protection. This will ensure data security and account safety.
Kazim stated that the new update is now available through digital stores, urging all users to update the “Sahel” application for a more advanced and user-friendly experience.
