Russia congratulates Kuwait on Eid Al-Adha occasion
Russian Ambassador H.E. Vladimir Zheltov noted that Eid Al-Adha is among the most sacred occasions for Muslims worldwide, highlighting that Russia is home to around 20 million Muslims.
He praised the values of mercy, charity, and solidarity embodied by the occasion, and commended Kuwait’s humanitarian initiatives and assistance at regional and international levels.
