‘Public Prosecution’ seeks execution of worker in child’s murder

The Public Prosecution, represented by Boukili, Attorney General Waleed Al-Azmi, and Taiba Al-Ansari, has called on the Criminal Court to impose the maximum penalty on a domestic worker who killed an infant in a crime that shocked Kuwaiti society. They described the crime as horrific, highlighting that the accused placed the child in the washing machine.

The Criminal Court, headed by Counselor Dr. Khaled Al-Omara, decided to refer the case to a medical committee to assess the mental capacity of the domestic worker accused of killing the child, following the Public Prosecution’s argument.
