No Kuwaiti injuries reported in California fires, says ambassador

H.E. Sheikha Al-Zain Al-Sabah, Kuwait’s Ambassador to the United States, stated that the embassy and diplomatic missions are closely monitoring California developments and ready to respond to any emergencies.

H.E. Sheikha Al-Zain Al-Sabah, Kuwait’s Ambassador to the United States, urged citizens to follow safety guidelines and announced plans to designate a hotel near Los Angeles airport as an evacuation point if needed.

H.E. Sheikha Al-Zain Al-Sabah, Kuwait’s Ambassador to the United States, confirmed that no Kuwaiti citizens were injured in the recent California fires and urged citizens in the state to adhere to local safety guidelines, according to Al Jarida newspaper.

In a statement to KUNA, the ambassador urged citizens to exercise caution and avoid areas affected by the fires, fully adhering to local authorities’ instructions.

She explained that the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Washington and Kuwaiti diplomatic missions are closely monitoring developments in California and are prepared to respond to any emergency that may arise. Additionally, she noted that efforts are underway to designate a hotel near Los Angeles airport as a gathering point for the evacuation of Kuwaiti citizens, if needed.
