She says: “100 grams of pumpkin seeds contain the body’s daily need of chromium and zinc. Chromium is essential for regulating carbohydrate metabolism in the blood and helps reduce appetite. As for zinc, it is a mineral that participates in sperm formation and improves the production of male sex hormones and sperm. Therefore, pumpkin seeds can be called a natural aphrodisiac.

In addition, pumpkin seeds contain substances that positively affect the flow of bile, and have antioxidant properties that are beneficial to the liver. But if a person suffers from a disease, he should consult a doctor before including it in his diet.
