Kuwait arrests media figure over national unity charges
The media figure also faces charges of insulting security leaders of the Ministry of Interior.
Security sources have revealed that the State Security Department in Kuwait arrested a media figure on charges related to the national unity, which was broadcast on their own satellite channel, according to Al Jarida newspaper.
The sources said that the media figure also faces charges of insulting security leaders of the Ministry of Interior. They added that the case was referred to the Public Prosecution, which decided to detain the individual at the State Security Service headquarters pending the investigation.
