Kuwait Airways denies flight cancellations, rescheduled due to operational conditions

Kuwait Airways has denied reports claiming the cancellation of any of its flights, confirming that several flights scheduled for Saturday were only rescheduled due to exceptional operational circumstances and the temporary suspension of takeoff and landing operations at Kuwait International Airport.
In a statement, the national carrier said the measures were taken to ensure the safety of passengers and maintain the smooth continuation of operations.
The airline said its operational, technical, and administrative teams worked continuously to manage the situation, swiftly reorganizing affected flight schedules and operating the delayed services at the earliest possible time.
Kuwait Airways stressed that the adjustments were handled efficiently and did not impact the airline’s approved operating program for the following day.
It confirmed that Sunday’s flights operated according to their scheduled timings, highlighting the company’s preparedness and flexibility in dealing with unexpected operational challenges.
