H.H. The Amir signs decree appointing Hamad Al-Mashaan Deputy FM

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al- Sabah signed a decree Sunday appointing Hamad Sulieman Mashaan Al-Mashaan as Deputy Foreign Minister.

The decree stipulated that the Foreign Minister should comply with this decree, which would take effect once published in the officiel gazette.
