Globally acclaimed Kuwait’s charity for the needy
The charitable work in Kuwait is its bright face at home and abroad for its relentless service to the needy from every community.
H E Hamad Jassim Al-Habashi, The Jahra Governor, stressed that charitable work in Kuwait is its bright face at home and abroad. He said during his patronage while opening a branch of the Kuwait Association for Needy Families in Jahra Governorate (Marzouq Al-Mutaib Street).
Significantly, an agreement was signed to support 100 needy families on a monthly basis in Jahra. It was done in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association, Bader Hamad Al-Mubarak, Vice Chairman Dr. Talal Al-Masoud, and Board Members Jassim Al-Mudhaf, Tariq Al-Ajeel, and Jarrah Al-Saleh.
Governor Al-Habashi stressed the support for charitable and voluntary work in the Kuwaiti Society for Needy Families and the honorable role it plays in serving the community and directing the Society’s projects within Kuwait.
On the other hand, Bader Al-Mubarak, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association reviewed the Association’s projects that are directed entirely within Kuwait.
These include the Orphan Sponsor Project, the Debtors Project, and the Goodness Card Project, which is distributed monthly to eligible needy families, as well as the (Drop) Water Supply Project, which is distributed inside mosques, hospitals, and cemeteries.
