Farwaniya Governor prioritises citizen feedback via ‘Sahel’ app

Sheikh Athbi Al-Nasser, Governor of Farwaniya, has emphasized the importance of citizen feedback submitted through the ‘Sahel’ application. He affirmed his commitment to addressing these suggestions and complaints in collaboration with relevant authorities, reports Al-Rai newspaper.

The Governor expressed his appreciation for the community’s active role and volunteer efforts in using the ‘Sahel’ platform to raise concerns and offer solutions. He considers this spirit of cooperation and sense of responsibility a humanitarian, moral, and national value deeply ingrained in the Kuwaiti people.

Sheikh Al-Nasser made these remarks during a meeting with Eng. Fawaz Al-Shammari, Director of the Road and Networks Conservation Department in Farwaniya Governorate; Eng. Mohammed Al-Juba, Director of the Hygiene and Road Works Department in the Governorate Municipality; and Khaled Abdullah, Hygiene Controller in the Road Works Department.

The meeting, which also included a concerned citizen, focused on discussing joint cooperation and a proposal submitted by the citizen through the ‘Sahel’ app.
