Kuwait is also focused on providing education for marginalized communities and reforming national institutions in Arab countries to build resilient societies capable of confronting climate change, reports Al-Jarida daily.

Ambassador Al-Hamad underscored Kuwait’s contributions to sustainable development, citing the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development’s support for projects in over 104 countries, particularly in the fields of energy, water, environment, and infrastructure.

Additionally, he announced that Kuwait will host the 17th regional workshop to enhance capacity for climate change negotiations in the Arab region in May, in collaboration with the Environment Public Authority and ESCWA.
