38 arrested, 500kg of spoiled fish seized during Ahmadi security campaign
A joint security campaign in Ahmadi Governorate resulted in the arrest of 38 individuals, the impounding of five vehicles wanted by the judiciary and the seizure of 500 kilograms of spoiled fish.
The campaign was carried out by the Ahmadi Governorate Security Directorate, part of the Security Directorates Affairs Sector, at the fish and vegetable market and the parking areas of Al Kout Mall, in cooperation with Kuwait Municipality, the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition and the Public Authority for Manpower.
Authorities arrested 16 wanted individuals and violators, while 22 people were detained for failing to carry identification documents. Security personnel also issued 28 traffic violations and impounded five vehicles wanted by the judiciary.
The relevant authorities took the necessary legal measures against those arrested and the violators, each according to its jurisdiction.
