Kuwait oil surged US $8.15 during Tuesday’s trading to reach US $109.37 per barrel compared with US $101.22 per barrel the day before, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said Wednesday. Bent futures rose 92 cents to US $97.92 per barrel and West Texas Intermediate increased US $1.55 to US $93.03 per barrel.
