AIESEC concludes National Training Bootcamp ELEVATE ’26
. . . empowers next generation of youth leaders

AIESEC in Kuwait concluded ELEVATE ’26, a three-day youth leadership training bootcamp held from 30th July to 1st August 2026 at The Kuwait Society for the Handicapped in Hawally, where the renting fees were contributed to charity.
The bootcamp equipped current and emerging leaders with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to lead the next generation of AIESEC in Kuwait. ELEVATE 26’ served as a platform to prepare members to take on leadership responsibilities while strengthening their ability to create meaningful impact within their communities.

Through practical learning, collaborative experiences, and leadership development, the event embodied AIESEC’s commitment to developing young people into responsible and proactive leaders.
Over three days, the conference brought together 30+ delegates, including two international delegates, one from AIESEC in Bahrain and one from AIESEC in Hungary, along with 9+ facilitators for 33 training sessions. Members participated in practical workshops, educational sessions, interactive activities, real-life scenarios, and networking opportunities.

A highlight was the workshop ‘Problem Solving Under Pressure’ by Mr. Rajesh from ITL Travels, where delegates tackled real-life travel scenarios to strengthen problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills.
Internal sessions prepared participants for their leadership roles within AIESEC, focusing on functional development and growth, ensuring a successful transition to the next generation of leaders.

The conference concluded with a Gala Night celebrating achievements from the past term. Awards recognized outstanding contributions between functions, and certificates of term completion were presented to the membership.
Behind the success of ELEVATE 2026 was a dedicated Organizing Committee that planned and delivered the conference in just two months, coordinating partnerships, marketing, logistics, finance, delegate experience, and operations.

ELEVATE 2026 was supported by Raising Cane’s as Silver Partner and through in-kind support, The Kuwait Society for the Handicapped as Venue Partner, and ITL Travels for delivering a special workshop.
