Indian Embassy in Kuwait marks 80th Independence Day on August 15
The Embassy of India in Kuwait will host celebrations marking India’s 80th Independence Day on Saturday, August 15, 2026, inviting members of the Indian community and friends of India to join the event.
The celebration will begin at 6:30 am at the Embassy of India in Kuwait.
Due to security restrictions, parking will not be available inside the Diplomatic Area. Attendees are therefore advised to park at the designated parking area on Gulf Road, near Wimpy.
The embassy will provide a shuttle service to transport attendees between the designated parking area and the embassy.
Those wishing to attend are requested to register in advance through the embassy’s online registration form.
The event is expected to bring together members of the Indian community and friends of India in Kuwait to commemorate the country’s Independence Day.
