MPW resolves 1,556 infrastructure reports via emergency hotline 150
The Ministry of Public Works handled 1,556 reports received through its emergency hotline No. 150 during July, reaffirming its commitment to providing rapid responses to infrastructure-related complaints across the country.
According to ministry statistics, Farwaniya Governorate recorded the highest number of reports with 422, followed by Jahra with 354, Capital Governorate with 279, Ahmadi with 210, Hawalli with 206, and Mubarak Al-Kabeer with 85 reports.
The ministry said its emergency teams continue to operate around the clock to respond to reports submitted by citizens and residents, taking prompt action to address infrastructure issues and maintenance concerns.
It emphasized that the ongoing efforts are aimed at preserving the efficiency of Kuwait’s infrastructure network while enhancing the quality of public services provided across all six governorates.
