The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior carried out an inspection visit to the Finance and Support Services Sector, underscoring the ministry’s commitment to enhancing workflow efficiency, strengthening institutional performance, and ensuring operational readiness across all security departments.
The visit was conducted by Undersecretary Major General Abdulwahab Ahmed Al-Wuhaib, accompanied by Assistant Undersecretary for Support Security Services Major General Ali Musfer Al-Adwani, where they were received by Head of the Finance and Support Services Sector Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Zoubi and a number of senior officials.
During the tour, the delegation was briefed on the sector’s core responsibilities, including the management of logistical support, provision of materials and equipment to various ministry departments, and oversight of storage and distribution systems designed to improve speed and efficiency of service delivery.
The Ministry of Interior highlighted that the Finance and Support Services Sector plays a central role as the backbone of logistical support for all security formations, ensuring that operational units are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Major General Al-Wuhaib stressed the importance of continuous development of work systems, emphasizing the need to adopt modern technologies to improve performance, enhance efficiency, and raise the overall readiness of security services.
He also outlined ongoing efforts to establish an integrated operational framework focused on efficiency and rapid execution, alongside plans to develop a unified visual identity for Ministry of Interior buildings as part of broader institutional modernization initiatives.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Undersecretary praised the efforts of the sector’s staff, commending their essential contribution to supporting the ministry’s operations and expressing appreciation for their dedication to maintaining high standards of service and performance.
