Ethiopia Congratulates Kuwait on National and Liberation Days

On the auspicious occasions of the National Day and Liberation Day of the State of Kuwait, I have the distinct honor and privilege to convey my sincerest congratulations and highest regards to His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Sabah, Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait, and to the Government and the brotherly people of Kuwait.
