Foreign Minister Abdullah Al-Yahya held talks on Monday with Adam Bohr, the US President’s Special Envoy and Senior Advisor on Hostage Response, as part of Bohr’s official visit to Kuwait.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the meeting highlighted the deep historical ties between Kuwait and the United States, as well as the strong and enduring strategic partnership that continues to guide cooperation between the two countries across various sectors, reports Al-Rai daily.
The discussions also touched on the latest regional developments and key issues unfolding on both the regional and international levels.
Both sides exchanged views on matters of common interest and reaffirmed their commitment to ongoing coordination in support of shared goals and regional stability.
