Kuwait awards 1.991m-dinar consultancy contract for Mina Al-Ahmadi refinery upgrade

The Supreme Purchasing Committee of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) and its subsidiaries has approved the consultancy services contract award worth 1.991 million dinars for a project to replace the catalyst regeneration unit, exhaust gas cooler and associated facilities at Mina Al-Ahmadi Refinery.
According to the committee’s decision published in the official gazette, Kuwait Alyawm, the contract was awarded to the bidder offering the lowest price that met the specified terms and technical requirements, following negotiations
The consultancy contract covers the project to replace the catalyst regeneration unit, exhaust gas cooler and related facilities at the refinery. The approval marks a further step in advancing the project through the provision of the required consultancy services.
