Former MP Al-Mutair gets three years with hard labor for online offenses
The Criminal Court, presided over by Counselor Nasser Al-Badr, has sentenced former Member of Parliament Mohammed Al-Mutair to three years in prison with hard labor.
The conviction stems from charges of publishing false news, insulting judges and the Public Prosecution on the social media platform X, and misusing a telephone, reports Al-Rai daily.
