H.H. the Amir praises KDIPA’s role, efforts to attract foreign investment
His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) Director General Sheikh Dr Mishal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah at Bayan Palace on Tuesday, where he presented the authority’s 11th annual report for 2025-2026.
His Highness commended the efforts of KDIPA officials and the authority’s achievements in promoting investment, highlighting their contribution to supporting Kuwait’s economic development. He praised the cooperation and work undertaken in the investment sector and wished the authority’s leadership and employees continued success.
His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah also received KDIPA’s Director General, who presented him with a copy of the annual report. The Crown Prince praised the authority’s efforts and achievements in attracting investments, noting their contribution to advancing the country’s economic development. He wished the authority’s chairman and staff continued success and progress.
His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah also received the KDIPA Director General, who handed him a copy of the report. The Prime Minister commended the authority’s important role in supporting Kuwait’s development through its continued efforts to attract foreign direct investment.
