Crackdown on crime and traffic violations, 100 arrested in one week

The Directorate-General of Rescue Police carried out an intensive field operation from October 12 to October 18, 2025, achieving significant results in law enforcement and public safety.
During the campaign, officers arrested 100 wanted persons for various types of offenses including those reported absconding by their sponsors, criminals, and people whose residence permit had expired. They also seized 51 vehicles wanted by the judiciary and arrested 24 people for not holding IDs.
In addition, rescue teams intervened in 13 quarrels, responded to 206 traffic accidents, and issued 4,016 traffic citations for violators of traffic laws.
A security source emphasized that the General Directorate of Rescue Police continues to carry out its security and humanitarian duties with discipline and efficiency, remaining steadfast in its commitment to protecting lives and property and maintaining safety and stability across all governorates of Kuwait.
