Ministry relaunches “With Students” program to boost skills and values

The “With Students” program, first launched in 1975, has been revived to host scientific competitions between male and female twelfth-grade teams, with winners progressing to advanced levels.
The Ministry of Education has announced the launch of a revived “With Students” program, designed to enhance students’ skills, promote community values, and strengthen national and cultural identity among Kuwaiti youth.
Maryam Al-Anzi, the Acting Director General of Educational Support Services, stated that Minister of Education Eng. Sayed Jalal Al-Tabtabaei prioritized the revival of the program, originally launched in 1975. The initiative features scientific competitions between teams of male and female twelfth-grade students, with winning teams advancing to higher levels, Al Rai newspaper reported.
Al-Anzi noted that the program is being implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Information and several sponsors, including Kuwait Finance House, Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences, Kuwait Flour Mills and Bakeries Company, and private sector firms, highlighting their commitment to social responsibility and student development.
Preparations for recording the program’s episodes, which will air on Kuwait TV, are already underway, offering the public the chance to follow live science competitions. The program provides students with a platform to showcase scientific skills in an environment that fosters innovation and creativity.
Al-Anzi concluded that through this initiative, the Ministry aims to nurture a confident generation capable of meeting scientific and intellectual challenges while upholding national values, the cornerstone of future success.
