Municipality cuts power supply to illegal bachelor housing in Hawalli

The Public Relations Department of Kuwait Municipality announced that inspection teams from the Engineering Audit and Follow-up Department in Hawalli Governorate are continuing field campaigns in coordination with government bodies, including the ministries of Electricity and Interior.

The municipality confirmed that inspections are being carried out according to a set timetable, targeting violations across the governorate.

As part of the latest campaign, electricity was disconnected from two unlicensed bachelor housing properties in Rumaithiya and Salwa.
